Windows Vista released, as are Ultimate Extras

Now that Microsoft has released Windows Vista, they also released some updates for Vista. (Yes I have, as many other, been running Vista RTM for about 2 months now). Today, I hade these updates in the Windows Update applet:

 

Also worth noting is that a plethora of language packs has also been released:
