Release notes for v1.4 Beta:
- Fixed bug that caused an issue that sometimes duplicates could not be found between folders
- Refresh Share view using right-click->Refresh (In case of added/removed shares)
- Improved speed fetching files
- Updated to the newest SQL Server CE v4
- Choice between MD5 or SHA-1 as file checking algorithms
